We are SO THANKFUL for the AMAZING delivery of our nephew and for the even more miraculous provision of my dear sister in law, Aubrey!!! I am speechless after that birth last night, and I am SO PROUD OF YOU, Aubrey! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!
Oscar made his entrance into the world this morning, December 30 @ 2:25 AM weighing in at 11 pounds, 10 ounces, 22 1/2 inches long ALL NATURAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't realize how big he was until his head was through and there was no turning back then. Through an absolute miracle, he was born healthy and laid into the sweet arms of Aubrey after that long and hard labor!
I've not had a chance to get back up there today since he was born, but I understand mom and baby are doing well! I'm stealing a few pictures from other family members so you can see what he looks like. He's adorable! I got to hold him for a brief few minutes after delivery this morning and got the privilege of hearing his very first cry right outside the door!!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Oscar! Your aunt Joanna loves you SO MUCH and can't wait to hold and kiss you again soon! Your uncle Ben is so excited to meet you and your cousins couldn't be anymore excited!!!! We love you!
If you think of it, PLEASE PRAY for Aubrey as she heals. Pray for low levels of pain and for no infection!!!!

Congratulations! He looks so handsome. Give Ben & Aubrey big hugs from us. And that poor women - giving birth to an almost 12 lb baby! That's crazy. Be sure to give her the gold metal, she deserves it!
